Softhuge Technologies Private Limited and SoulDate maintain an uncompromising, zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining an ecosystem free from harm and protecting minors from online exploitation.
2. Strict 18+ Age Gatekeeping
- Adult Service Only: SoulDate is designed strictly for consenting adults aged 18 and older. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from downloading, registering, or accessing the Service.
- Age Verification Controls: We enforce mandatory date-of-birth verification during onboarding and monitor accounts for deceptive age declarations.
- Immediate Termination: Any account identified or suspected of belonging to a minor under 18 is terminated immediately, and associated login credentials are permanently blacklisted.
3. Prevention & Detection Architecture
We employ multi-layered proactive and reactive safety technologies:
- Automated Media Moderation: Screening uploaded visual media to detect, flag, and block prohibited content before it reaches other members.
- Keyword & Pattern Detection: Automated monitoring for keywords, solicitation patterns, and risky conversational behaviors associated with underage exploitation.
- Human Review & Escalation: A dedicated Trust & Safety team trained to evaluate high-priority safety escalations immediately.
4. Mandatory Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting
In compliance with international standards, national cyber regulations, and Google Play Child Safety policies:
- Instant Reporting: Any detected or reported instance of CSAM, CSAE, or minor grooming is immediately referred to relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local cyber police divisions.
- Evidence Preservation: All associated account logs, IP addresses, device identifiers, and forensic evidence are preserved and securely transmitted to law enforcement to assist in criminal prosecution.
5. How to Report Suspected Underage Activity
If you observe any user who appears to be under 18, or observe any conversation or content involving the exploitation of minors, report it immediately:
- In-App: Tap the Report button on the user's profile and select Underage / Child Safety.
