How do I get started on SoulDate?
Download the SoulDate app on Google Play, sign up using your phone number or email, and complete your profile by adding genuine photos, choosing your lifestyle interest chips, and writing a short bio about what you enjoy.
Who can join SoulDate?
SoulDate is exclusively for consenting adults aged 18 and older who are seeking authentic social and romantic connections.
Can I change my interests later?
Yes, at any time! Head to your profile settings in the app to edit your photos, update your bio, and add or remove interest chips whenever your lifestyle evolves.
Discovery, Matching & Chat
How does matching work?
When you like a profile and that person also likes your profile back, a match moment occurs and messaging opens automatically between both of you.
What is Spotlight and Boost?
Spotlight gives your profile elevated visibility in your local discovery feed. It activates a distinctive glowing flame ring around your profile so active singles can notice your vibe easily.
Can someone message me without matching?
To protect members from unsolicited spam and harassment, direct messaging requires a mutual match or verified direct connection request.
Safety, Privacy & Account
How do I block or report someone?
On any profile card or inside a chat screen, tap the three dots menu in the top right corner and select "Block" or "Report". Blocking is instant and permanent.
How do I delete my SoulDate account?
You can delete your account directly inside the app under Account Settings > Delete Account, or through our web-based self-service portal at /delete-account.
