How to Delete in 4 Simple Steps

For your security and authentication, account deletion is handled directly inside the SoulDate mobile application without waiting for manual processing tickets.

Go to Profile

Open SoulDate on your device and tap on your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Open Settings

Tap the Settings (Gear) icon in the top right corner to access your account preferences.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll down to the Account & Security section and select "Delete Account".

Confirm Deletion

Read the deletion summary, choose a reason if you wish, and tap Confirm Delete to finalize.

What Gets Permanently Deleted

Immediate and irrevocable data purging

Photos & Media: All uploaded photos, selfie verification records, and avatar images are purged from storage.

Messages & Matches: Active chat histories, match pairings, likes, and sparks are permanently removed.

Profile Details: Bio, interest tags, preferences, and location coordinates are erased.

Security Tokens: Auth tokens, session cookies, and push notification tokens are invalidated immediately.

Note: If you have an active Google Play subscription, remember to cancel it in your Google Play Store subscriptions menu so Google does not charge you in future cycles.
